‘Hamo’, a Michelin-starred Korean restaurant, presents exquisite gourmet based
on Jinju’s traditional food. Hamo is a South Gyeongsang restaurant chain centered
in the city of Jinju. In Gyeongsang dialect, “Hamo” refers to “of course”-a strong
expression of confirmation or approval. It reflects the restaurant’s wish for their
